Why Use An Agent?

It has been asked why use an agent when I can book an artiste direct?. Well hopefully the following will answer that question. We, as an agency, know a vast number of artistes so we will know what best suits your requirements. We will also have seen the artistes work live so know exactly what standard they perform at and not just what you hear on a demo. An agent will make all the calls necessary to get a wide range of entertainment for a booker to choose from, making the process of selecting entertainment that much quicker. If you dont have a specific form of entertainment in mind we can advise you of what would be suitable, what is available and what fees the artistes perform for. Also, if the artiste you have chosen is unavailable or doesnt fit within your budget we can supply you with a suitable alternative. An agent also has knowledge of how to run an event regardless of size. As an agency we have access to all the current Health & Safety guidelines, and we can liase with local councils, so can ensure that artistes have the necessary documentation such as Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment making your event safe for everybody. We will also deal with all the paper work concerned with booking an artiste such as contracts and invoicing so all you have to worry about is enjoying the day. Above all else we have a vast amount of experience. You will probably only organise three to five events in your lifetime, we organise three to five events a day.
