Take your time, once you find the chemistry between you and the manager, negotiate. Some managements will, and some wont negotiate, but dont agree to anything you are not 100 percent happy with. Beware. Some contracts say you can be passed around a management company. Never sign anything before you have a solicitor look it over. You dont want to find yourself locked into a several year deal with a management company you are not happy with because you didnt understand the legal language. Never pay for a service you have'nt yet received.
